Dear Cascade Ridge Community,
It is with a full heart I share the news that I will be stepping into a new role next school year as the Assistant Principal at Briarwood Elementary in the Issaquah School District.
While I’m incredibly excited for this next chapter, it is truly bittersweet to say goodbye to such a remarkable community of educators, students, and families. Over the past 2 years, I have grown tremendously — both professionally and personally — and that growth is thanks to each of you. Working with you has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my career. I’m grateful for the trust, collaboration, and laughter we’ve shared. I’ve loved being part of a team that works so hard to do what’s best for kids. Every interaction has been a reminder of the power of community and the heart of this profession. I’m especially grateful for the students — their curiosity, resilience, and joy has been my daily inspiration.
As I prepare for this new experience, please know how thankful I am for the time we’ve shared. I will continue cheering for you and I will always carry you with me.
